A light beige to brownish-coloured summer honey collected in the Po Valley of Piedmont. The bouquet changes depending on which wildflowers the bees have visited. Flowers can include clover, mint and yellow melitot. A fabulous table honey, excellent sweetener and pairs well with many different types of cheese.
