Primitivo 100% from the region of Manduria. This gorgeous wine is deep coral pink in colour. It's clear and attactive, full of aromas of fresh cherries, pomegranate, red apple, wild strawberry and raspberry. It's juice and fresh on the palate, and well structured. It shows a lot of juicy acidity in the background, and a long aftertaste. Serve at 10 - 12 degrees C. Delicious with seafood risotto, dumplings and grilled salmon.
