Il Cappelli is an ancient grain of durum wheat discovered at the turn of last century. This special line of pasta by the same name - Il Cappelli - is organically grown in Puglia. It's highly digestible and has a unique aromatic taste.
Spaghettini has a thinner diameter than traditional spaghetti. It has a faster cooking time, sports a firm consistency and works well with lighter sauces.
