Organic EVO from 100% Moraiolo olives grown on the farm of the Quattrociocchi family. This oil has a beautiful clear green colour with gold reflections. It has a medium intensity and is strong and rich in vegetable notes, with a well-dosed bitter and spicy aftertaste. Ideal with starters of vegetables, bruschetta, tuna salads, fish, octopus, grilled meats, fatty meats, pork belly and aged cheeses.
