Goldtraminer is a grape variety obtained by cross-pollinating Gewürztraminer and Trebbiano Toscano. It has recently been rediscovered by Cantina Toblino. The result is an aromatic, intense and fragrant wine. It is reminiscent of overly ripe fruits and flowers. On the palate, Goldtraminer is pleasantly sweet, round, fresh with long aromatic persistency. It's the perfect wine to accompany any type of dessert, from traditional ones to more creative sweets. For contrast, pair with blue or mature cheeses served with honey or chutney.
