Valpolicella DOC

The Valpolicella is one of the important wines traditionally made in the Illasi Valley area. The local grape varieties are beautiful and generous, allowing the winemaker to create exceptional wines. 

This wine is a vibrant ruby red colour. The bouquet is bursting with aromas of red fruit jam and fresh red fruits with hints of vanilla. The wine is dry, smooth, well-bodied and balanced on the palate.

Pairs well with meat, mushrooms, roast chicken and aged cheeses. We also recommend trying with a burger!
