Barbera D'Alba DOC from Roero. Ruby red wine with strong violet nuances. Fruity flavours of cherry, raspberry jam, and spicy notes of black pepper. In the mouth, it is smooth, full, sapid, warm and a little exuberant. This non fussy drop pairs well with pasta, white meats and game. Serve at 14 - 16 degrees C.
