Toblino Antares Metodo Classico

An intense straw yellow colour with greenish hues. and a very fine and persistent perlage. Typical of the best vintage wines. On the nose, it is pleasantly fruity with notes of bread crust, dry pastry and minerals. Antaras Brut Nature DOC Millesmato has an excellent structure, but at the same time is fresh, slightly acidic and savoury with an excellent persistence in the mouth.

Excellent as an aperitif but also wonderful with a meal.
