Grapes: 100% Vermentino
Harvest: Manual, in the first ten days of September.
Vinification: Cooling of the harvested grapes through the use of a cold room. Loading of whole bunches not de-stemmed into the press, soft pressing in the total absence of oxygen and 4 hours of maceration. Subsequent fermentation with stable temperature at 13 ° C.
Aging: 3 months in steel on the lees at a controlled temperature and one month of aging in the bottle.
Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Fine and delicate. Notes of white flowers alternate with intriguing hints of ripe white pulp fruit and iodine.
Taste: Fresh, savoury, with excellent aromatic and gustatory persistence. Multi-purpose wine, with a fluid and satisfying drink.
Residual sugar: 0.5 gr/It.
Alcohol: about 13.5%.
