BT Summer truffle in brine 40g

Selected whole summer truffle preserved in brine.

Use in the same way as fresh truffle, preferably by gently frying in extra virgin olive oil and a crushed garlic clove, making sure the brine is used too. Gorgeous as a condiment for pasta, meats, and crostini.
